Tesla strikes deal in China, aims to power Europe in 2015

You can now drive an electric car in China without a worry in the world, thanks to a new deal between Tesla and mobile carrier China Unicom.
The two companies have signed a deal to expand Tesla's charging stations across China, approximately 400 power points in 120 cities.
Tesla says China will eventually have a similar amount of charging stations to the US, which it claims will be 98 per cent covered by 2015.
Similarly, Tesla also plans to expand into European countries in the coming months so you'll be able to go for a spin in your Tesla Model S without having to fret about the battery dying.
"We expect you will be able to travel almost anywhere in Europe using only Superchargers" said Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
According to Tesla's official website, the company plans to have at least 11 Supercharger locations in operation across the UK within the next year.
At the moment there's already three Supercharger spots in the UK with two in London - one at the Hyatt Regency London in Central London and one at the Royal Victoria Docks.
A third Supercharging site has also been established at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham, allowing Model S owners to juice up as they pass through the midlands.
Tesla Model S drivers will be able to get a range of 240 miles for 40 minutes charging or 300 miles for 75 minutes.
