μWave:First micro wave hack that let you watch youtube video

We saw all sorts of geeky devices and hacks in the past, but today we have a hack that will make cooking more fun, especially if you’re fan of microwaves and YouTube videos
.

Today we have a microwave hack that combines cooking with YouTube videos thanks to the built-in tablet. Students from University of Pennsylvania created a microwave hack called μWave, and this hack combines Arduino with a TouchPad that is built in to the microwave door. As you’ve probably guessed it, the sole purpose of this tablet is to watch videos on it while you’re cooking food, but what makes μWave special is the fact that the microwave itself searches the videos instead of you. That’s right, the oven will analyze the time that is required for cooking of your food, and it will automatically find and play a YouTube video that matches the cooking time of your microwave.

How will iOS 8 look like ? (Concept Image)

Apple released iOS 7 with a huge fanfare. Marked as the most radical design change since the original iOS for the iPhone. And, without a doubt iOS 7 was indeed a huge improvement with major aesthetic changes. Well it is about time we started receiving concepts for iOS 8 – Apple’s next  generation operating system for mobile devices. Check out this new concept for iOS 8 below.

iOS 8 Concept

Whenever Apple launches a new product or a major software upgrade, people do not waste time in thinking what the next version will be like. So the same goes for iOS 7.
Apple has released iOS 7 to all capable devices and right now we are on iOS 7.0.4, but there’s always something in our mind on what Apple has in store for us. This is where concept artists come in. They create beautiful renders (sometimes not) of what the next version will be like. So keeping with that tradition we have the concept for iOS 8.

Right now we have absolutely no idea on how iOS 8 is going to look like. There are no “leaked” reports or just plain ‘ol rumors. So that leaves concept artists to create some stunning piece of work.
So let’s take a look at what this iOS 8 is all about.
The picture below shows some of the new features iOS 8 might include. It starts with a completely redesigned home screen for the iPhone in iOS 8. The home screen gives you  more information such as news updates, Twitter feed, stocks, weather and much more.
Well without wasting any more time check out what iOS 8 might look like.

iPad Air Faster than iPad 4

When Apple announced, the iPad Air, people focused more on the aesthetics than on the internals. iPad Air does have a complete new design and overall built but the internals have changed too. In fact the internals have given the iPad Air a huge boost when compared to its predecessor – an 88 percent boost.
When Apple unveiled the iPad Air, most of us know what was coming, after all there were so many leaks that we had pictured the entire thing in our minds as well as on the screens. But when Apple officially launched it, there were still millions out there who were surprised and pretty much pleased with the new device.

The weight and the thickness reduction gave the iPad lineup a fresh breath of air and something to stand on the lead. After all the competition is heating up and there are now some serious contenders in the market.
The one thing that is going to please many iPad Air owners or those of you who are looking to buy the iPad Air, that is, the new device from Apple has some serious raw power. How much? A cool 88 percent more than the last one!

The Geekbench scores are in and the iPad Air with its A7 64-bit processor is truly impressive.Clocking at 1400 MHz the iPad Air is almost 90 percent faster than the iPad 4 – which was already quite fast.
This just goes to show that the iPad Air is not only different on the outside but the inside has got a makeover too!
But we should mention here that these benchmark scores do not prove any “real-world-result”. These are mostly for testing the raw power of the processor, so do not take these results as the final authority. Although they do give us an idea on how good the processor can perform. And, in this case Apple’s A7 processor surely does make a difference.
